Your credit card information and identification are secure through the paypal system. Any e-mails that are submitted to stargaser emporium will only be used for customer service. Contact information that is entered into our mailing list will strictly be used for promotional purposes only. Under any circumstance we don’t release customer information to anyone.

Your order will be shipped directly on the next business day (Monday - Friday) following the placement of the order as it arrives. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. If there is a holiday conflict we will immediately contact you about the delay.
Stargaser Emporium reserves the right to hold or delay any orders that do not carry a registered address.
Please send your address corrections to mgaser@mac.com with a subject line "address correction". Please make sure to include your paypal transaction ID with the email, as it will make it easier for us to locate your order.
If you decide to change your order before it ships you can contact us and will work to adjust your order. If the item has already shipped then the sale becomes final.
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged simply return the item to us in the original pagckage with your receipt. If that item is still in stock we will contact you and either send you a new item or give you a full refund.
Simply notify us and return the item. Will check the order information to make sure there wasn’t a mistake. If so, we will exchange it for you and refund you on the return shipping. Please contact mgaser@mac.com
If you want your package shipped to countries outside the US, simply select either the international standard or domestic option when you are ready to checkout through paypal. Standard rates will apply.
